We understand that you may need to cancel an appointment for a variety of reasons. If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time.
We reserve the right to charge a cancelation fees to clients who do not provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. The exact fee will vary depending on the size of your project (and will be based on the number of hours, employees, and resources dedicated to your scheduled request).
